All Boy at Cuttin and Stampin!

Hello blogland, Doris here with a project for the
Orange Team at Cuttin' and Stampin' this week.
Our challenge - All Boy!

I have 3 girls and not too much need for
boy cards, so this challenge made me think for a minute.
What do boys like?  Monsters?  Ok!

I went to my ever growing scrap drawer and took out just 2
pieces of paper for this project, and I almost put them
back because I really liked them and wanted to hoard them :)
They're from the Pebbles Front Porch collection
which is sort of girly, but I think they worked pretty well
for this little boy birthday card.

I even used the border stip at the top of one page
(the houndstooth pattern), just because I really liked it.

Be sure to check out the Cuttin' and Stampin Scrappy Supply
store for this yummy paper pad and all your
crafty supply needs, then hop on over and add
your All Boy projects HERE by March 3.
Thanks for stopping by :)

Hello blogland, Doris here with a new challenge at
Crafting by Designs today.  This week we welcome another new sponsor

I was having so much fun, I made two boy cards for this challenge
using images from the Milk Coffee Etsy store.

This little guy is playing at the beach so I used some bright colored
cardstock and washi tape.

And this little guy is having himself a good ole' time isn't he?

Welcome Spring!

Hello blogland, Doris here with a brand new challenge at
Cuttin' and Stampin' today.
This week the team is celebrating the impending arrival of spring (don't we wish), and we've made some fun projects using Maggie Holmes "Front Porch" paper collection and the Paper Smooches "Green Thumb" stamp set.
These products can be purchased at the
Cuttin' and Stampin' Scrappy Supply Store HERE

Take a look at what I made:

I did some paper piecing with the seed package and watering can, and made a garden scene with some kraft cardstock and green velum.  I also used some of the matching Maggie Holmes chipboard for the flying banner
and just a little piece of washi tape at the bottom.

I really hope spring is right around the corner, but it's hard to keep that
in mind when I see so much snow outside....it will get here eventually, right?

Come on over to Cuttin' and Stampin' and join this challenge by
entering your project HERE by February 24 for your
chance to win some scrappy goodness from the
Cuttin' and Stampin' Scrappy Supply store!

Thanks for stopping by today!

I made this little card with 3 Hearts digi from their store.

I also used some scraps from the Doodlebugs Sweethearts paper pad
a few Doodlebug mini pearls, and the sentiment
comes from a Unity Stamp.

Anything Goes at Crafting by Designs

Hello blogland, Doris here with a few fun projects
for the February Anything Goes Challenge at

We have two wonderful sponsors this month!

http://robynsfetish.com/shop

http://thestampingboutique.com

I made two little cards with images from

Now who doesn't love a cupcake, especially for a birthday?
I seem to be loving paper piecing lately and did that for the wrapper
on this image.  You can't quite make out the sparkly hearts and
sprinkles, but the sun hasn't been out too much
in New Jersey lately, and it was tough to get a good picture.

I saw this digi and just fell in love with it, so cute.  Again, glitter
stickles aren't sparkling in the picture, but they're there :)

And this little guy is called Frosty Da Snowman from

Yep, lots of sparkle and stickles going on here too that you can't quite
see and I tried out the Wink of Stella pen for the first time too
on Mr. Frosty.

The February "almost month long" Anything Goes Challenge
run until February 25, so head on over to Crafting by Designs
HERE and enter your projects for a chance to win some
digi goodies from our sponsors!
